Black Crowes on 8/30 put on an awesome show in St Paul at a State
Fair. The best cover I've heard em do yet of this one. bt.etree.org
has 2 recordings. I'm not sure which I have but it's very good
quality.

Garsh, that's so confusing, that's like Dr. Suess' story about belly
buttons.

I could never keep track.

Ah. Now THAT was a show. Except they covered this whiny song by
Elvis Costello, of all people. Talk about a song that needs a cowbell.

Gary Puckett & the Union Gap's "Young Girl" is responsible for the
rise in Lolita-type teenage girls of that time. Telling a young girl
to go away, especially over the air waves, is bound to backfire big
time. I'm kidding but just barely.

I won't ask about "Woman Woman."

In Minnesota, that'd be an honor; Gary's a local boy from Hibbing...

Actually, it'd be quite ridiculous; a jam band opening for a two hit
wonder...

Who ever heard of such a thing?
