To Anne Thrax, and Anyone Else Who Cares

Many weeks now without posting to RMD! It's been like a burden
lifted from my shoulders. I continue to read RMD perhaps once a week,
scanning it for conversations that sound interesting, but not having to
deal with the baggage the I myself (as well as others) brought on me at
the beginning of the year. Or do I?
A few friends of mine that read and post to RMD have kept me
informed of a few incidents when someone has been accused of being me.
They have seemed to pass without much problem. But, not an hour ago did
I receive an email regarding Ms. Thrax once again threatening with the
personal email addresses of mine she pretends to hold to my neck like a
knife.
To quickly address the email list Ms. Thrax holds so dear. You
must understand, Ms. Thrax, that half of those addresses are now
defunct, and anyone that I care anything about whose email address you
still might have has been informed of your interest in me, and they
have all worked up a healthy resistance to anyone (using any name, Ms.
Thrax) who tries to alert them of any shenanigans concerning me and Bob
Dylan, or RMD, or trading, or anything. Finally, I will once again ask
you, Ms. Thrax, to refrain from attempting to contact any of my family
or friends, they all care nothing for you, or receiving any mail from
you (or anyone else who has a similar purpose).
Someone actually contacted me about the phony setlist in question
shortly after it was posted, and suggested it would be a prime
opportunity to regain a bit of face regarding the whole "soundcheck"
mess. This, of course, was before anyone pointed it out as a lie. I was
intending on commenting on the arrival of "Angelina" until this
morning, when I sadly realized that it was untrue. But life goes on.
I'm hoping maybe one of the songs from that soundcheck pops up in a
show sometime, but I'll lose no sleep over it in the meantime.
But, I HAVE been informed of at least 3 instances where people
have been accused of being me. I ask you all to refrain from doing so.
If you think they're some sort of troll or whatever, please point them
out as such without linking them to me. I'd rather my name was just
retired than perpetuated by the RMD police force. I HAVE NOT posted to
RMD in any way under any name since Ms. Thrax and I had our quarrel a
few months back (or however long it was). I do not intend on posting
again.
Unless someone has something highly off-mark to say in response to
this thread, you won't hear from me again. I bear no animosity towards
Ms. Thrax or any other member of RMD, it's just lousy to have to get
these emails from people telling me about yet another way people are
perpetuating my name in this NG. It's over. Let it go.
