Go to the page where the full sized pic is. Then click right-button
and choose "save picture as..." (I think you can also hold the cursor
upon the link, click right-button of your mouse and choose "save
target as...")
After downloading the picture to your hard drive, open Word (or WP or
any other program(?))and choose "insert an image", then choose the
cover you've just saved. That's how it's supposed to go, i think.

There are software tools that allow you to insert
pictures and text into CD cover templates.
(You open the template and insert/add/import
pictures and text... that sort of thing.)
These tools allow you to manipulate the characteristics
and properties of the art, text, background color, etc.
The program I use came with an HP CDwriter (CDLABEL2).
There are other popular programs, which you can find out
about at sites like http://www.cdrfaq.org/ and
http://www.etree.org/ .

Use a desktop publishing application, like QuarkXress or Pagemaker. Save
the artwork as 600 tifs .I use the templates on a 'CD Stomper' CD and
import the artwork into these. Laser print works better than inkjet -
colour laser a peach :-)

Also, you can download a sound grab of Harpo's horn, zipped up in both
.wav and mac suitcase. Makes a great alert (*HONK!*)
