It's hard to understand the turmoil that surfaces at the mere mention
of Dylan's (possibly) Jewish-Christian beliefs.
He has continued performing songs from the 3 "gospel" LPs-&
performs,covers other religious songs-
does the possibility of an unorthodox Christian faith by Dylan appall
readers?
It bothers them because (as with so many other aspects of Dylan and
his art) he refuses to fit neatly into a box. People like boxes.
Religious boxes, political boxes, genre boxes

Lovin' your relentless plugging of this book, by the way, 52
Stations. Did you have a hand in writing it? ;-)
I've got my copy on order. It's not that easy to get here in England
but I'm looking forward very much to reading it.

"If you don't like Dylan's voice, you don't get him like I do."
That's not putting people in boxes? Are you fucking high?
