trying to find a song.....

Was a regular listener of Dr. D back in the 70's on KMET. There was
one song he would play from time to time. I have no idea of the artist
or title. It was kind of a whacky/Spike Jones/polka-ish deal. In part
of the song it almost sounded like it was being played backwards.
There was a guy singing like nonsensicle stuff in it. Here it comes.
All I can remember is the end of a few lines "Noo nacka noo nacka noo
nacka noo" and something like "Mickamackamuckersnoo" It is NOT the
flip side of "They're coming to take me away". Any Help? Thanx.
