oldtime jams

I'm really not that geocentric, but I forgot to mention I'm looking in
Virginia.....

Looking for an old-time jam in my area of
Waynesboro/Staunton/Charlottesville. Augusta or Albemarle counties,
preferrably west side of Afton mountain. Anyone know of any? Thanks

There is an oldtime jam every Friday at the Rockfish Valley Community
Center that starts at 7:30 and goes on to 10:30. Check out the
website. http://rockfishcc.org/
I go to this one at least once a month. There are some really good
pickers and some real nice folk at this jam!

Pete Vigour hosts an oldtime jam the third Tuesday and fourth Wednesday
of each month at a Baptist Church somewhere near the corner district in
Charlottesville.
