Can somebody point me to a link which lists either
old-time music streaming or free mp3s? I have an
internet friend whom I would like to hear our music.
I did a quick google search but nothing turned up
quickly. I have a list somewhere, but if somebody has
one handy, I'd appreciate it. Maybe I'll even put some
links on the FAQ web page.

Thanks,

Steve

A lot of great responses so far!

Don't forget all the great old 78s you can stream or
download at www.honkingduck.com, and the really great
country blues (along with a little dash of Eck, the Blue
Sky Boys, etc.) streamed at http://weeniecampbell.com/juke/
(with a "request" feature that gives you satisfaction in
about 5-10 minutes!).

Maybe not old-time music in a strict sense, but there's a great country
blues webcast here:

The weeniecampbell.com site will be of interest to many here, I think. It's
mostly blues oriented but the aesthetic is definitely informed by early
hillbilly music as well. A very interesting site!
