What is 1st tune on Michael Doucet's Cajun videotape?

Hi

Does anyone know anything about the first tune Michael Doucet plays on
his "Learn to Play Cajun Fiddle" video-tape?? It's name, it's history ?

This tune is played as an introduction, just before the actual lessons
start & nothing about it is mentioned on the tape or in the printed material.
Happy Traum accompanies on guitar.
