Hello, I post to rec.movies.past-films, and I am wondering about the
name of a waltz that is played during Alfred Hitchcock's classic,
"Rebecca" (1940).
Nothing else to add about this great film, but there is a waltz that
begins at 1:23. I've heard it so many times but can't think of the
name. Does anybody know? It may be Strauss, but I'm not certain.

They all have the same bases of strings with brass backup and the same
tempo, so there is a certain similarity about them, but, ah, those
melodies!
