I went to a concert of Sheherazade by the New Haven Symphony and it
featured the vocal splendour of Mezzo-Soprano Isola Jones. I recall seeing
her as Maddalena in Rigoletto with Pavarotti and Sutherland. She is
gorgeous and has a smoky, sexy (when not under pressure of notes above the
staff. Has anyone ever heard of her. What do you think?
