'Emperor'. (Three 'live' Wilhelm Backhaus performances: w.Stuttgart

I haven't listened to mine yet, but I can suggest right off that
the date given for the Kna performance is off by a digit, and is
not 1956 or as the back of the Memories case says 1957, but really
17/January/1954 which is on a number of labels, as is the Cantelli
performance.  Or did Knappertsbutsch/Backhaus/Vienna really play a
live performance of the 4th concerto on 1/17/54, 1/17/56 and
1/17/57, spurring my completist urge to look for a 1/17/55.

The other 6 performances are unfamiliar to me.
