Half wrong, at least:
The Leinsdorf / BSO Firebird Suite was included on RCA Silver Seal CD
# 60541-2-RV coupled with the Ozawa/Chicago Sacre du Printemps and
Fireworks.
As far as I know, the Coq d'Or was issued on CD only in Japan.

Hmmm, in their Classical Navigator series (74321 21298 2), in addition
to the above-mentioned Sacre and Fireworks, RCA has Ozawa with the
Boston SO doing the Firebird Suite, and they threw in Reiner doing The
Fairy's Kiss to boot...
Those prices -- ouch!

You are aware that this is an XRCD?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extended_Resolution_Compact_Disc
Yes, and I know that's the reason for the price. But if this has not been
available as a POCD (Plain Old Compact Disc), there is no choice other than
to pay the high price (plus shipping) or do without. (Or rip an LP.)
Just ask Mr. Rose to do one of his magical miracle transfers. It'll
sound far better than RCA Victor's tired old mastertape. You know
that, don't you? If you don't, he'll tell you.
