There's some enjoyable neo-Hindemithian music by Arnold Cooke on a Lyrita
LP, one of the many never reissued on CD.
Of Mannino there's a Violin Concerto, plus a Concerto for Three Violins
performed by the Kogan family: Leonid and Pavel (father & son) and Elizveta
Gilels (sister). It's been ages since I heard the LP and I don't remember
a note of it, nor do I know offhand whether it has been reissued on CD.
