"113.73.12.117" made the claim:

First let's observe that the Network Solutions "Whois"
facility shows this IP Address, 113.73.12.117, to be going
through the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC),
and the APNIC "Whois" shows the poster to be operating through
the "CHINANET Guangdong province network." The "RMCReep" is
actually the "Guangdong Ding-Dong"!
Mr "RMCReep," every one of those posts was brought to the top
of the Google display by YOU. The display as YOU had left it
consisted of
- SPAM threads (5), two of which YOU had brought back to the
top again using a FAKE poster name "Ward Hardman is ...
[iterated 7 times with slight differences on each occurrence]"
- Threads that YOU had originally started as troll threads and
which had for the most recent post:
* "Subject" lines that were disgusting and occupied
several lines of screen space:
* "From" poster names which were disgusting and
occupied several lines of screen space, or
* both,
and so they were masked off as "OT: Troll Trash."
These included 8 threads started by YOU, Mr. "RMCReep":

The troll is lying to cover up the fact that he STARTED virtually
ALL the threads *later* labelled "Troll Trash" and was the person
who converted ALL those ON-TOPIC threads to "OT: Troll Trash" to
cover his footsteps. The latter threads were restored to their
original "Subject" titles by "Thread Mender" except for the
"Pristine" thread, which had its Subject restored by Andrew Rose.
To summarize: of those 25 threads YOU claim above, Mr "RMCReep,"
5 were SPAM, masked off by (the REAL) Spam Stopper.
10 were on-topic, but falsely labelled "Troll Trash" by the troll.
[9 of these were restored by (the REAL) Thread Mender, one
by Andrew Rose.]
8 were Troll Trash from the start and correctly labelled as
such by (the REAL) Anti-Troll-01.
2 were started by Ansermetniac, defaced by the troll, and
subsequently had the offending posts labelled "Troll Trash."
