I cured mine by finally learning proper right hand technique. Now I am playing better than ever and am in no pain....

Nate, if I recall correctly, you use pretty light strings, do you not?
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I remember you once saying that D'Addario hard tension hurt your hand.
