If you poke around the Internet on this subject, they'll tell you it's
protein, not dairy specifically, that you need to have hard nails.
Other sources will tell you it's calcium. Either way, dairy products
contain what you need. It doesn't take much - a bit of cheese and
crackers daily, a glass or two of milk, something along those lines.
