Yea, it looks a lot like mine. Notice the lack of middle joint movement in =
'm' finger.  I don't think forcing movement from that joint will do any goo=
d.  It's a symptom, not a cause. Same thing with the pull to the right with=
 'm'.  'i' finger kind of pokes at the string instead of swinging freely. T=
he 'i', I think, is inhibited by the tense 'm' and the general lack of a ba=
llistic approach. If you look at my last video you can that, although the a=
lternation is uneven, the fingers have quite a bit of movement - they swing=
