The Actors Fund here in NY made swine flu vaccinations available
yesterday to actor and musician union members. I enjoyed waiting in
line (for 50 minutes); there were 60 people ahead of me, and some
dazzlingly beautiful actresses were in line. Oh gosh, that was SUCH a
sexist comment!

The doctor asked if I'd ever had a flu shot before, which I hadn't,
and told me that I had a 25% chance of getting a reaction of flu-like
symptoms which would last a day - I had the vaccination at 2:30PM and
he said if a reaction happened it would start around 6PM. Also, the
area around the shot might feel sore for a day. Once you've had your
first shot the chances of a negative reaction drop to 1%.

The sheet we all had to fill out also gave some information about the
vaccination, risks, etc., and mentioned the problems of the 1976
vaccinations, and how there haven't been any problems of that type
since then.

In any case, I had no symptoms at all and no soreness. I'm glad I got
the vaccination, and will get the regular flu vaccination next week.
Glad I don't have to worry about getting swine flu.

I think it is a shame that the girl in that video didn't die.

In other words, the shot had nothing to do with it. Meanwhile, it's
only October, and 1000 people have died from swine flu.

Wrong, the video clearly states that the DOCTORS AT JOHN HOPKINS SAID
THE SHOT CAUSED IT! Believe the hype. Get your shot. There are many
other side effects that are not reported. I personally know someone
who has had face drooping and ANAL leakage from the vaccine! 30,000
people die from regular flu every year! This is no different! Unless
you have a compromised immune system. DON"T GET THE SHOT! I'd rather
be sick for a week than end up like that girl! Now if Ebola was
running rampid, I might raisk it! But, this is just big medicine

Thanks! When I was in the hospital this summer a lot of people said
they would (and did) pray for me and I encouraged them to do so,
gratefully. Certainly didn't hurt, and knowing people are rooting for
you always helps, boosts your energy.

My doctor recommended I stop getting a flu shot because, every year for
several years running, getting the flu shot caused me to feel like I had
the flu for several weeks afterwards. My wife and both kids get the
shots, though.

Thanks AMAd, Americans can't tell if they are heathy or not, so it
doesn't much matter. Years of getting vaccinations have turned this
country into sheeple. Their all running down the streets to get their

I noticed that Wollybird shortly after receiving his flu shot, lost

Here are the chemicals in the single and double dose that gets you in
the end! polymyxin B neomycin sulfate Look them up yourself! I don't
understand why people don't do research on what they put into their
body!

SYSTEMIC ABSORPTION OF NEOMYCIN OCCURS FOLLOWING INJECTED
ADMINISTRATION AND TOXIC REACTIONS MAY OCCUR. Patients treated with
neomycin should be under close clinical observation because of the
potential toxicity associated with their use. NEUROTOXICITY (INCLUDING
OTOTOXICITY) AND NEPHROTOXICITY FOLLOWING THE INJECTED USE OF NEOMYCIN
SULFATE HAVE BEEN REPORTED, EVEN WHEN USED IN RECOMMENDED DOSES. THE
POTENTIAL FOR NEPHROTOXICITY, PERMANENT BILATERAL AUDITORY OTOTOXICITY
AND SOMETIMES VESTIBULAR TOXICITY IS PRESENT IN PATIENTS WITH NORMAL
RENAL FUNCTION WHEN TREATED WITH HIGHER DOSES OF NEOMYCIN AND/OR FOR
LONGER PERIODS THAN RECOMMENDED. Serial, vestibular and audiometric
tests, as well as tests of renal function, should be performed
(especially in highrisk patients). THE RISK OF NEPHROTOXICITY AND
OTOTOXICITY IS GREATER IN PATIENTS WITH IMPAIRED RENAL FUNCTION.
Ototoxicity is often delayed in onset and patients developing cochlear
damage will not have symptoms during therapy to warn them of
developing eighth nerve destruction and total or partial deafness may
occur long after neomycin has been discontinued.

Neuromuscular blockage and respiratory paralysis have been reported
following the oral use of neomycin. The possibility of the occurrence
of neuromuscular blockage and respiratory paralysis should be
considered if neomycin is administered, especially to patients
receiving anesthetics, neuromuscular blocking agents such as
tubocurarine, succinylcholine, decamethonium, or in patients receiving
massive transfusions of citrate anticoagulated blood. If blockage
occurs, calcium salts may reverse these phenomena but mechanical
respiratory assistance may be necessary.

Concurrent and/or sequential systemic, oral or topical use of other
aminoglycosides, including paromomycin and other potentially
nephrotoxic and/or neurotoxic drugs such as bacitracin, cisplatin,
vancomycin, amphotericin B, polymyxin B, colistin and viomycin, should
be avoided because the toxicity may be additive.

Other factors which increase the risk of toxicity are advanced age and
dehydration.

Glad to see this on the mainstream corporate news! Quite frankly
AMAd, this is a free country, and people can decide for themselves
what to eat, drink, inject etc. If Wolli, and Andrew, are rushing
down the street to shoot themselves up with poison, then let them do
it. At this point there is little use trying to preserve what little
they have left of their brains, and neurological functions, I doubt
they would even notice the difference if they suffered any brian
damage.

My only concern at this point is for my family, and my self, not to
be forced into have this vaccination, by the world health
organization. As for those who's immune systems are shot, and feel
they are better served by getting their yearly double helpings of
thimerosal, have at it! Look on the bright side, maybe the
unemployment rate will start to decline.

I read in another NG that a unnamed hospital has over 40 beds filled
with these cases in intensive care, 14 of those patients are on
ventilators. Frankly, I don't believe this, but your wife might have
some feeling as to whether this could be true. I know that this is

yes, and my father is Bones McCoy
let's see what Andrew Pekosz
Associate professor of molecular microbiology and immunology at Johns
Hopkins University has to say:

Alexandria, Va.: I'm annoyed at a friend who told her child who then
told my children that the vaccine was dangerous to children and
pregnant women. I feel not getting vaccinated is socially
irresponsible. What is your opinion on the proper response?

Andrew Pekosz: This is important...I've answered this before but I'll
answer it again because it is important. The vaccine, either the
seasonal or 2009 H1N1, is not dangerous to children or pregnant women.
The risk of severe disease or death from 2009 H1N1 infection is
greater than any risk identified from the vaccine. There are always
some number of people who have side or adverse effects from vaccines
or any other medical procedure. For influenza vaccines, these are
limited to some pain and swelling in the arm you get the injectable
vaccine or some sniffles/runny nose symptoms within 2 days of getting
the nasal spray.
Gee same as the Mayo Clinic.
You can find a kook or two in any profession, but there is no
disagreement in the medical profession about this

Last spring she told me that it was hitting South America pretty hard.
The thing about it now is that alot of people are getting sick, and
flu season hasn't even started yet. I know she gets alot of alert type
email from the CDC/etc. and has been paying close attention to it.

People I work with have been dropping like flies - several have been
out 1-2 weeks due to flu. As to the true scope of the problem, I don't
know how much more you can tell people. Having lines of people waiting
for vaccine and getting turned away due to shortages doesn't help
things. I worry most for my Daughter who is in school in Des Moines -
she hasn't been vaccinated and she is living is a dorm. She will have
to wait until Christmas break for hers.

The statistics prove him wrong! The man should be fired........ He
also should change his wording. People don't just get "side effects"
they get a cumulative blow to their systems, which if don't manifest
as Gullien barre syndrome, will manifest as other chronic health
problems.

But Shit for Brians by all means believe whatever the paid lobbyists
tell the congress, Senate, CDC, and they tell the Universities.

It is just common sense that if you inject yourself directly into
the blood stream with Thermisol (mercury) you will suffer the
consequences. Especially young children with developing brains.

BTW, Shit for brains, any evidence that this NIHI vaccine is even
effective?

That's some gorilla! It may be that some hard decisions will have to be

Yes, although I am high risk I couldn't get the vaccine from my
regular doctor or two specialists I have been going to since my
surgery. Just lucky that the Actors Fund/Musicians Union has had a
decent supply of both for union members, already got the H1N1

BTW, zero side affects from the H1N1 vaccination I got last week. Not

Not in adults: In a review of 48 reports including more than 66,000

Not in the Elderly: In a review of 64 studies in 98 flu seasons, For

Under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, VAERS (Vaccine
Adverse Reporting System) was established. Annually, it reports about
11,000 serious vaccine reactions, including up to 200 deaths and many
more permanent disabilities.

Far more alarming is the following;

– the FDA estimates that only 1% of serious adverse reactions are
reported;

– CDC says it’s 10%;

– medical school students testified before Congress that they’re told
not to report these incidents;

– according to the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), only
one in 40 New York doctors reported adverse vaccine reactions or
deaths;

– international studies show vaccines cause up to 10,000 US SIDS
(Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) deaths annually, and at least half of
them are from vaccines;

– another study determined that 3000 US children die annually from
vaccines;

– poor reporting in America suggests that annual adverse vaccine
reactions, in fact, number from 100,000 – one million;

– since 1988, the government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation
Program (NVICP) paid families of affected children $1.2 billion in
damages;

– as authorized by the 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency
Preparedness (PREP) Act, HHS Secretary Sebelius, granted drug
companies legal immunity (except for impossible to prove willful
misconduct) to proliferate dangerous, untested Swine Flu vaccines
globally;

– vaccines are legally mandated in all 50 US states, though legally
avoidable in most (under normal circumstances) as explained below;

– in settling vaccine damage suits, drug companies impose gag orders
to keep vital information from the public; and

– insurers refuse to cover adverse vaccine reactions because of the
high potential liability they’d face.
