Favorite Thanksgiving traditions?

Friends,

Leaving aside the vegetarian question, talk about what you like to do
for Thanksgiving. The wife and I like to cook the following:

1) Turkey
2) Three cheese mac 'n cheese + pasta "wheels" topped with rosemary,
thyme and bread crumbs
3) Popcorn

We usually see an IMAX film at Navy Pier, then settle down to watch
This is America, Charlie Brown. This little cartoon, which retells
the pilgrim story, is surprisingly informative!
