Well, that depends on what you consider ancient. With Uncle Rand, I find
that one's man's old is another man's not so ancient.
_Time to Run_ soundtrack, circa '72. You can sometimes find vinyl of
this in used record stores. But if you're at Duke, chances are I've
already hit all the used stores near you. ;-) Never on disc, but was
available on album, 8-track, and probably cassette. (There's also a 7"
four song ep from the movie.)
_Born Twice_ from 72 or so, hasn't been in print for nearly as many years,
but was briefly re-released by Larry Norman as part of a double thinggy.
Most nominal Stonehill fans aren't aware of this one. Never on disc.
This was a custom release originally.
_Get Me Out of Hollywood_, 73? Imported on Polydor, though I've never seen
it (but I do have a dub). Even a lot of hard core Stonehill fans don't
know about this one.
_Stonehill_, 85?, Indie Import. Randy didn't know about this one until a
fan brought him one to sign.
Then of course there are the bigger releases:
_Welcome to Paradise_, never on disc though it is consistently one of the
ones at the top of most wanted on cd lists. Norman still refuses to
release it.
_The Sky Is Falling_, finally on disc about a year or so ago. I bought
mine at Family BS. This is not the same as the original American
version. The order is different. Some alternate mixes. Some bonus cuts.
_Between the Glory and the Flame_, never on disc, though Word has
promised and teased time and time again. All, empty promises.
_Equator_, never on disc, same as above. Luckily a few cuts from this
are on the new _Recollections_ disc.
_Celebrate This Heartbeat_, same as above. One of the cuts from this
that is on the _Recollections_ disc appears to be from a damaged master
on my copy, anyway. It still sounds sweet.
_Love Beyond Reason_, never seen on disc. A cut or two on compilation.
_The Wild Frontier_ original release included disc, I think. My copy is
an A&M distributed Word release. Probably rather scarce. Prepare to pay
for this. ;-)
_Return to Paradise_ I think this is still in print.
_Wonderama_ ditto.
_Until We Have Wings_ ditto.
_Lazarus Heart_ ditto.
_Stories_ Compilation with two new songs. May be cut-out. The cassette
definitely is.
_Recollections_ recent compilation featuring most of the stuff from
_Stories_ minus the new songs, plus some great stuff, but still not the
same as rereleases of this classic stuff in its entirity.
If you want vinyl, I may have a title or two in decent condition that I'd
part with--only because I have better copies. Otherwise, a good source I
have found is Jeff Odermann's Vinyl Diversions:

Of course you can also get your checkbook out and call RadRockers. ;-)
