Bill, the name of the song is "Sem Compromisso," written by Nelson
Trigueiro & Geraldo Pereira.

I've never heard this weird version of "Sem Compromisso," but it's
good to know that this samba remains in the current repertoire. The
original recording was made in 1944 by the vocal group Anjos do
Inferno, and the best-known rendition is João Gilberto's in 'Live in
Montreux.'

Chico Buarque recorded this samba at least six times, the first in
1974.

i had was from a rio fm station (94 fm) and is Marcelinho Da Lua;
