Does anyone out there know of any jazz fakebooks available in Concert key?

Most of them are in "Concert Key". There are a few that come additionally
in Bb and Eb versions but they are the exception. I know of quite a number
of such books that are good too. But I don't know what fusion shit is. I
think that means you don't like Sher's New Real Books? He must have 30 or
so in each volume of 200. I don't know where one could get a better ratio
of likes versus dislikes in a songbook.

I'm assuming said shit would be the Yellowjackets, the Breckers, Chick
Corea, Jeff Lorber and Weather Report. I think another called this the
"filler" that they used in these volumes to avoid putting in more songs by
Arlen, Gershwin and Porter.

The fake book that is used by many musicians is called the Real Book.

Check with some musicians in your area.

Hope this helps.

Try The Ultimate Jazz Fakebook compiled by Dr. Herb Wong. It has over
600 pieces in it and is available in concert (C book), Eb, and Bb. It
has alot in it but the printing is quite small. It is published by Hal
Leonard.
