Where are they now

I often read, but seldom post to this very informative group. But can someone
answer a couple of questions:

1. Pat Martino's "Starbright" album is still not on CD. Does anyone know of
plans for this to come out?

2. I am a big fan of McCoy Tyner's live CD's "Atlantis & Enlightenment." What
ever happened to Joony Booth and Azar Lawrence? Do they have other CD's worth
checking into.

3. My last wish is for Phillip Catherine's "Guitars" album to come out on CD.
It is so superior (for me) to anything he has done since. Is it out on CD yet?
