Heard several weeks ago on Philadelphia radio station a male blues singer
do a song called "I love your shoes" (or something very close to that).
Think the announcer said singer was older but alive, recording was recent
but on obscure label, and that singer had album on better known label
coming out soon. Want VERY much to get recording of that song. Can
anybody give me singer's name, any other information? Replies to
pgro...@brynmawr.edu MUCH appreciated.

HoneyBoy Edwards had an album out about four years ago called White Shoes,
I think that's what it was called. HoneyBoy Edwards:Delta Bluesman was
released in 92 or 93 on Flying Fish I think. Might be worth checking into
to see if he's your guy. He's alive at last report, well for an 80-year
old, and can be reached through Chicago agent Michael Franks. good luck.
