On both IE and Firefox, WWW.Google.Com has turned into a bunch of
Chinese letters. I tried going into the encoding and there are other
languages available but they are all Asian variations. I tried Unicode
(UTF-8) and it turned it into symbols,
All other sites work fine.
Has this happened to anyone else?? Is there a solution??

Yeah, it's not to come here cause of lack of activity.

I did a yahoo search and found a solution. I changed the icon to go to
Google .fr and then chose English. Now it defaults to English. Cool!
