apology from ASSA to group

There are four members in this family who write on the internet.Up to
0600hrs today we unknowingly have been writing with the Caps lock on and
have been told that it is very bad netiquette.
Fortunately a gentleman net user politely informed us of our wrong doing of
which we are gratefull to him.
We have not been on the net all that long and learning the game is
difficult in some area's..so we all at ASSA unreservedably APOLOGISE to all
that we may have offended.
This apology goes out to all other groups that we have become involved in.

So when you see that someone, say, has thier zipper down, you don't say
anything, you just let them go on like that?
