I'd hate to be a slave to chemical hair dye. If I had hair, that is.
I think Charlie Watts might be the only one of the 60s supergroup
members to go white naturally. But I don't exactly keep track.

Jimmy! Ok, that's two. I wonder how many of them have their natural
hair, though. *None* of these guys are bald? I'm not buying it. Nope.

Gray AND receding.

Pete Townshend is gray and balding. Same with Billy Joel, who shaves
off whatever remaining hair he has.

I suspect McCartney is gray and balding as well.

Gray? Completely.
Balding? Seems doubtful.

OK. Maybe not balding, or at least not badly.

I saw Rockshow last night in a small local theater. The theater's one
5.1-equipped theater was rented out, so we got it in glorious mono.
The picture was a serious disappointment. It was grainy, sometimes
VERY grainy/snowy. It was being played from a Blu-ray disc. I find
it hard to believe that this new issue looks this bad when the handful
of restored clips in the McCartney Years DVDs look excellent.
Disappointing.

The editing of the movie always left something to be desired. The
video doesn't always doesn't always sync to the audio due to video
from several shows being mixed together within a single song. The
worst offender is "Maybe I'm Amazed" where Denny plays three, count
'em, three different basses - a natural Telecaster, a sunburst Jazz
and a black Precision.

Still, it was great to see the full movie for the first time, which
had only been shown once on VH1 in 1990. All home versions were
edited.

oh, really that bad?
i think it may be a problem with that particular theater, you say they
have mono sound, they don't have an stereo system !?

They do, along with 5.1, but they were all booked so we were stuck
with mono.
