Check the issue year.
a few years back there was a shit-load of albums my neighbor was
throwing in the garbage and asked if I wanted them, of course the
answer was yes. Making a long story short the covers were worth
more than the albums.
How many of you folks remember the days of the Capple, er, Apitol,
um...
I mean do you remember when Capitol discovered they still had a
buttload of Apple Records album jackets in their warehouse so they
started issuing new Capitol Records vinyl in vintage Apple sleeves? It
was chaos! You never knew WHAT you were getting!
There were also a few old records that would turn up now and then so
with a little luck you could actually score an original POB Live Peace
In Toronto including the original calendar (I got one with the card
for ordering the calendar, but if I'd mailed it at that point I doubt
if they would've sent me anything). More likely you'd end up with an
Apple jacket housing naught but a freshly minted record with the
burgundy Capitol label.

Didn't see the USB thing there?
They released the stereo boxed set on a USB stick in 24 bit.
Well, the Issue year would be a couple of days ago, so the
year would be 2009....unless there is something I'm not
understanding about what you are asking me? Is there
supposed to be a year written on the album or?
BTW, these albums are sealed and are new.
