I don't even think it would be that high. That upper level was pretty
much empty. As I said, my tickets were upgraded from the upper level.
When we were down on the bottom looking around, that upper level was
nearly empty.

bashers still try to make excuses. Bottom line, KISS did sell out
many shows here in America on this tour. Once again, the bashers have

I'm thinking my show was an expectation, and your show was the norm
attendance wise. I know they sold out Cobo Hall both nights, but part
of that had to do with the place being torn down. I believe db stated
his friend said they didn't sell out MSG either.

stage in their careers, with only two original members, Kiss is pulling some
decent crowds and they'll make money. Why not be happy with that? They could
be like too many other 70s rock bands; playing tiny halls and BBQ festivals.

And from most accounts on places like KISSFAQ, and other KISS forums/
boards, those who were at these shows reported what Pyro, Lab, and I
have reported. I guess AJ's in denial. Not sure why he refuses to
believe those who were there. Numbers can be fudged, and in this case
they were.

Exactly. That's been my point as well. I'm very impressed with what
this current lineup has been able to do. Like I said in an earlier
post, I was expecting something mid 80ish attendance wise, but it was
closer to what they got on the "Farewell" Tour. Plus, they showed they
can still produce good music with SB. I freely admit I was wrong in
saying that KISS shows wouldn't sell well in the US. Some fans just
like to bitch, moan, and play the "KISS vs the World" card.

The very fact that KISS is still touring and we are even talking about
them in 2010 makes me happy enough. Yet no matter what KISS does
there's always the bashers that can only put them down and year after
year when KISS keeps going and blows all the bashers negative
