On last week's episode of HBO's polygamy drama "Big Love," a group of
the polygamist sect headed by Harry Dean Stanton's character was show
recording an album as "The Grant Family Singers," sort of a cross
between the von Trapp Family Singers, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and
the most bland type of contemporary Christian music.

One of the vocalists sounded awfully familiar, and quite good. I
remarked, "If I didn't know better, I'd say that was Emmylou Harris."
Sure enough, Emmylou was listed on the cast crredits.
