IMHO water should not be denied to anyone...no innocent civilians should be
killed by anyone...all those who commit killings in the name of some cause
should wear appropriate identifying clothing or carry identifying flags so
they can be identified as combatants.

attacks against Israel....maybe, just maybe, the Israelis would allow water
to flow again as before Hamas took over Gaza!
I would be willing to bet that, if your neighbor kept bombing your home and
killing your family members and you had the ability to cut off their water
and other necessities, you would not hesitate to do so!
tell me and try to convince us all that instead of cutting off water and
supplies, you would send food, water, etc., to them so they could continue
to attack you.
