"cutoff" time/date for meaningful materials? how about some kind of
consistency about what/when something is relevant instead of just choosing

Hey Empty/Null Brain, how about the Gaza Palestinians stop rocket and bomb
attacks against Israel....maybe, just maybe, the Israelis would allow food
aid to be started again as before Hamas took over Gaza!
I would be willing to bet that, if your neighbor kept bombing your home and
killing your family members and you had the ability to cut off their food
and other necessities, you would not hesitate to do so!
tell me and try to convince us all that instead of cutting off food and
other supplies, you would send food, water, etc., to them so they could
continue to attack you.
