my best guess is a triumph because of the spacing between the rear
tire and the frame, but i've never seen nobby tires on anything but a
dirtbike
(and i only know that because i ride by a triumph every morning on the
way to work)

No. Different frame, different front forks, different engine.

I see. Just like a ...... Typical White Person
I dunno...the TW200 is the only one I recall with a rear tyre like
that. Could be an older model or I could be wrong yet again.
