does cycle-parts.com ever respond to your price requests?

I submitted a request at least 3 wks ago, to their email, and never heard
back, but it was incorrect in that I didn't have part #'s for all the
items. I resubmitted it about a wk ago direct from thier website form,
with part #'s, and still haven't heard back. Should I expect to?
