Best way to ship wheels?

Hi, I want to put my brother's 1989 HD Sportster used wheels with
mounted tires on eBay for him (as he bought new ones), but I want to
make sure they are both packed securely to ship before I even put up
the ad, and so I know the shipping weight. I was reading at eHow.com

Not sure if anyone here knows or not Nick (to some here Tailgunner), has passed away, he fought cancer with
dignity and strength, we are very saddened by this, he was a great guy, in

rode over to "the Battleship" near Mobile, Alabama to meet me. He was
the first netscum I met when I moved to the Gulf Coast from California
