  Hi! Been working waaay to much lately. Thinking of changing trades - then big guy recommended watching Jiro Dreams of Sushi (don't do like I did and watch it before lunch) and that confused me. Spodefest 2014 
  I just have convinced wife to attend. She has a cousin in Salt Lake City and since there are reasonably cheap flights REC-LAS (via PTY, ~2500USD return), so the initial plans is spending a day or two (and a few quarters) at Las Vegas, then renting a car to go to ISF grounds and then visit family in SLC, returning rental there and fly back... more »

Poaching and the advance of civilization 
  I use the word "civilization" loosely. Seems the local metropark thing decided that my self made trails of 20 years were too cool to not use so that they paved them with packed limestone. april 1st coming up 
  saw a picture of a smoking mountain in Alaska where a guy flew up hundreds of tires and lit them on fire for April 1st .. this Fooled the locals & coast guard into thinking the volcano was active.... so what are your plans for the 1st <grin> john did you know snap & pops make a mark on the underside... more »
