Congrats!

Way to go, chris!
Now all you need to do is start filling up that 2-car garage with
motorcycles!

That freaking great Chris! Now let the home maintenance
begin..................
I have a door jam to replace on the door to the garage. The latch
side cracked a while ago and the hinge side cracked the other day and
the door fell when the hinge screw pulled loose. The hinge side is
$43 and the latch side is $45 at Home depot and a new top jam is $25.
I can buy a pre hung door for $108. Duh, guess what I'm buying? I'm
buying what I'm told to buy by the professional, Eric Elvin.
Enjoy the tax deduction!

Well sheeeeit, congrats!
Dave
Congrats.
Home project basic fact - a project will rapidly approach 95% completion and
then remain there forever.
Have fun.
Congrats Chris!!!
When are you posting pics of the garage/shop on abpm?

You mean Eric Rowell?
hehe...
I almost hesitate to ask what the other day is.
For me, I know.

Counting the days, Jeff?

Actually, I was thinking of the birth of my 1st kid.
Not sure what you are thinking of would qualify for the "top" list.

And when there are roughly 10 major projects that are at 95%, it's
time to move.
JayC
And then to make the sale you have to finish all of 'em, and things
look great, and you go 'why the hell am I moving?!!!'
