I went home early for a intestinal reason..
typically I'm the kind of guy who if something doesn't agree with my system
the thing is expelled quickly then I move on.. but for some reason I still
feel krappy<TM>, so to speak... I mean I've done the third world drink the
water and got off better...
now that I've awoke from my nap I need to hydrate. (hence the bottle of
stoli next to the keyboard)
any other suggestions from those who normally ride to funky places and
consume questionable di-hydrogen oxide from puddles & bogs...

feeling slightly better
lots of water and don't go much far from the bathroom... A way to
rehydrate faster is to mix a big spoon of sugar with a small spoon of
salt in a glass of water and drink a sip every ten minutes...
