That's why we ride first.

This year a customer that bought 190 acres and logged i
pre-development agreed to let a group of us trash what's
left thanksgiving morning. It'll be a gloppy goopy mess with
dozer trenches everywhere. I can't wait.

Go fast. Take chances.

That sounds like fun!

We're leaving tomorrow for 5 days of riding, camping and soaking in
hot springs in central Nevada. Temps should be in the low teens at
night all the way to blistering mid-40's during the day. Can't wait! I
just got some new Klim pants but I have a feeling they'll be taking a
back seat to my windroof/waterproof el-cheapo snowboard pants instead.
Potluck T-day dinner will be a few deep-fried turkeys and all the
trimmings. Yum!

Hey, if anyone is wanting Klim gear but not wanting to spend big
bucks, check out www.atomic-moto.com. I got my pants for $59.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Cool, I'm going to order a pair. They look nice on a web
page, hope they're as nice in person.

Still two days of work, then Thanksgiving.......

Ooh! I love Duluth Trading! Everything I've ever gotten from them has
been great quality. I was just looking at the fleece-lined firehose
pants in brown. Nice! I need some new puffy pants and I think I like
those better than straight-up jeans with fleece lining. Let me know if
you get them, I'm curious to see how they'll hold up.

I need a wind-proof fleece jacket...
