You could buy "Rockets of the World," and divide all the dimensions by 53.

I think that's about the size of the Saturn V that ADW (PML online rep) had
at NARCON this year. perhaps he's got some drawings that might help you.
Sadly as far as Peter Alway is concerned, he upscaled the old estes kit,
rather than scaling down from the real rocket. Still the shroud techniques
he used might work for you either way.
I guess I got lucky at the first SMURFF launch (1992) when I put my new
Phantom 4000HD with new 38mm reload set into the top of a tree. The locak
farmer new a tree surgeon who reclaimed it for about $50. it did suffer some
rain damage, and now has a permanent corkscrew in its flight, but it's still
going. Don't 'ya just HATE I parachute duration. Came close to the same
thing on my L2 flight last year, but settled for what would be a record if
it existed J PD flight.
