Gday all.

Almost finished my hydro now and could do with some help painting it.
Inside is fibreglass, and i want to paint it white. What sort of paint
should I use. I was told i need a special boat paint to paint on
fiobreglass.
Also should i paint inside and thats it or will the fuel eat through
the paint, so then i should resin over it.

I am going to put a small coat of resin on the outside to make it all
hard and smooth and then paint he outside after that. Does this sound
like a good idea. Any help/tips on painting and preparing is
appreciated.

The "boat paint" you speak of is called flowcoat, its a brushable
version of gelcoat. This will be fuel safe to a degree. It will be
easy to clean. But can be exy depending on where you get it.
