NO, due to the angle of the sun at various times of the day it will
become invisible. Also, the radio waves from the remote control unit
will be reflected away from the boat before they can get to the
antenna. This is similar to the F117 aircraft except that they are
painted flat black and they absorb all radio waves, they absorb all
light which explains why you can't see tham at night. Try painting
your boat bright pink, this will cause all sorts of people including
yourself to be able to see it on a sunny day.
Another consideration is try using a brush rather than spray paint
because the damage caused to the ozone by the propellants in the spray
paint can cause the conditions to multiply due to the extra sunlight
getting throught the hole in the ozone.
IF I SPRAY MY BOAT SILVER WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE IT PROPERLY ON A SUNNY DAY?
Sean, You might have problems early or late in the day when the light glares
off the water. Silver would be a perfect camoflouge.

I ran a Deep Vee for around two years time that was painted just silver. Yea
the boat was easy to see, even on sunny days. Regards, Dan Killian
Not all spraypaints use "ozone-depleting" chemicals.
Besides, the real reason to not use "ozone-depleters" is because DuPont
needs the money to pay all the politicians off for the next ruse they
put over on us.

You can almost hear the cries of pain when the american public starts to
realize what it is going to cost to get their AC fixed. today the car tomorrow
the home and the cost will be horrific as conversions become common place. oh
well.
