Who knows
Have a 3.5 plastic spinner, white red spinners in this size are rare. How do
you
paint this or any plastic so it will hold up .do you prime it first.? etc.etc.

Our club rules are mufflers on anything bigger than a 15, and 15's without
mufflers is actually frowned on. I was told that was an AMA rule for their
events.
