Texas short lines magazine?

I heard about a magazine, perhaps quarterly, published in San Antonio that
covers Texas railroads. It recently had an article on locomotives of the
San Antonio & Aransas Pass. Does anyone know the address of the publisher
or where I can get an issue? The shop where I heard about it couldn't
remember the name of it.
