SENNIN FOUNDATION GRAND OPENING

The Sennin Foundation Center for Japanese Cultural Arts has moved to a new
location and it is celebrating its grand opening throughout October. Classes
are offered in traditional Japanese systems of yoga (Shin-Shin-Toitsu-Do),
martial arts (aiki-jujutsu), healing arts/bodywork, and fine arts (Japanese
calligraphy, ink painting, and flower arrangement). We are affiliated with the
Sennin Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation. We also have affiliations
with various esteemed Japanese associations including the Zaidan Hojin
Tempu-Kai, Kokusai Budoin, Kokusai Shodo Bunka Koryu Kyokai, and Ikenobo. H.E.
Davey is the Director of the Sennin Foundation, with Hashimoto Tetsuichi
Sensei serving as Senior Advisor.

Martial arts instruction is provided through a staff of skilled teachers,
headed by H.E. Davey, author of "Unlocking the Secrets of Aiki-jujutsu"
(Masters Press). Copies of this book can be purchased, or ordered, at all
major book stores. It can also be ordered directly from the publisher by
calling 1-800-9-SPORTS. The ISBN is 1-57028-121-1.

The Sennin Foundation Center for Japanese Cultural Arts was established in the
East Bay in 1981. We are located at 1053 San Pablo Ave. in Albany. The phone
number is 510-526-7518. E-mail: HED...@aol.com. Classes are not taught in
large groups, and only private and semi-private instruction is offered. The
public is welcome, but visits are by appointment only. Please contact us for
more information about traditional Japanese martial and cultural arts.
