Yes. He's a spook. He works for an "ABC" agency in Virginia. I believe
his instructor is Chun who is famous in some circles as an
unconventional warfare leader in Viet Nam-- although he is now said to
be very ill. Either Mr. Beck or a guy named Williams is likely to take
over Sae Gae Moo Sul Hyup Whae after Chuin retires. It will be very
unusual for Americans to head this organization, especially since Chun
has three sons.

These guys are very real. They can be found but not in a strip mall
school. Think No. Virginia. I think Williams is still with NSA although
there was a rumor that he was killed in Italy eight or nine years ago.
