Spyderco Tenacious
|
| |
My wife has asked what I would like for Yule. I think I might like a Spyderco Tenacious as a new EDC. I've watched a number of YouTube reviews but I was wondering what people on the newsgroup thought? I've seen one negative opinion about the liner lock's ability to hold. But everything else has been rather positive. And it's a great price point.... more »

Liner Lock Work Knife
|
| |
Here is a liner lock work knife that I finished yesterday. It is a little bit of a cheat as I used a cheap commercial knife for a basis and replaced the original stainless blade with one made from high speed steel. Originally it had a very nicely polished blade but in putting an edge on it I scratched it rather severely. Oh well, it is just a work knife... more »

I have a locking folding single blade deer's foot handle knife. Open length is about 10.5 inches It seems to be in good condition, with some of the deer hair worn off. Blade locks tight, had a good edge. I am looking for an idea of price to sell it for TIA Howard

Museum swords, no blade damage
|
| |
In many museums around the world swords are displayed from across history. I've never seen (perhaps I've missed it) swords that have battle damaged blades. I've always wondered what battles swords would look like after a given battle and what would they do with the battle damaged blades, regrind, scrap after a battle? Some of these blades... more »
