Saw the article about going to the forums, but is anyone here interested
in talking about textiles? I'm interested in nylon, strong nylon.

Strong enough to hold 300 pounds or more.

Try the forums because almost everyone has migrated away.
Search for kite making or something like that. If you don't find
anything, create a subject in the closest related section.
