Hi
I am finishing my bachelor's course in mathematic and computer science this year.
I plans to begin master's course next year so I started thinking about topic of my thesis.
I decided that would be nice to write about siteswap theory and connections between math and juggling.
I am not sure if my teachers allow me to write about this so I want to collect some books and articles that I can base on.

First two really interesting publications I found are:
The Mathematics of Juggling by Burkard Polster and
Combinatorial aspects of juggling by Anthony Mays

I have also few more shorter articles connected to jugging.

Maybe some of you can recommend me more publications covering this topics?

Also I would like to know which fields of mathematic can i connect to juggling.
I see that mainly combinatorics is involved but also:
elements of numbers theory when talking about prime siteswaps
graph theory for state diagrams
a bit of probability in random juggling and some connections to braid theory

Do you know some more?
Maybe something from algebra or even better mathematical analysis?

Thanks for all feedback

The following article popped up on reddit a day or two ago. Does it help?

You missed group theory. I think Allen Knutson talks about this on the
MediaCircus Siteswap DVD. Perhaps he talks about it on this video?

In the References section of Jochen Voss's Mathematical Theory of Juggling,
http://www.seehuhn.de/pages/theory

I spotted:
A. Engels, S. Mauw
Why men (and octopuses) cannot juggle a four ball cascade

and
Peter J. Beek, Arthur Lewbel

Hi,

I think this post at circusgeeks has not been mentioned in this discussion yet:
