How to do a proper controlled double pirouette suitable for juggling??
Or else: how do you do it?

Spin your body twice around... that oughta do it.
Okay, practice the technique we talked about where your head is the last
thing to turn around and the first thing to come around. Work on giving
yourself enough speed to do that twice "connected". In the end you should
be able to do the 720 without touching the ground with your
non-standing-on foot in between the two spins.

Have you been searching with the term "juggling" included? Don't. A
quick search for double pirouette turns up shedloads of results on Google.
Most jugglers who do pirouettes are awful at it, equating "pirouette"
with "turn around as quickly as possible". Learn a decent (double)
pirouette first, then add the juggling.

When I do bad pirouettes, it's actually rather clever physical comedy. If
you don't get that, you're obviously not sophisticated enough.
There was just a thread about this Daniel ;)

Ps. congrats on a 5 club qualify!
This questions was discussed a week or so back so you're not searching
hard enough. ;-)
Do a search in rec.juggling and you'll find plenty of material on the
matter.

Thats silly, I have of course only been searching on double and pirouette,
never on 720 -_-
and thanks :)
